Meet Brooke Pedersen...

While growing up on the plains of North Dakota, I never imagined I'd one day call a farm in Northwest Iowa home.  I currently reside near Anthon with my three kids and our big, black lab named Taylor. We moved to the country after living in Cedar Rapids for nine years.  That's where I started my career in real estate.  I've been a licensed Realtor in Iowa since 2012.

My favorite part of real estate is helping families find what they are looking for, whether it be the perfect new home or the perfect buyer for your current home.  I especially like being able to educate buyers and sellers on what to expect and helping them navigate the unknown.  I spend a great deal of time studying and learning the market, as well as the important things to look for in a house.  Being able to share this knowledge, help you make an informed decision, and take care of any problems that can arise, is what is important to me.

Another enjoyment of mine is taking a distressed property and fixing it up to become a move-in ready home.  I like to see neighborhoods kept up and feel it is my privilege to take the worst house on the block and turn it into a home the neighbors are proud of.

I have a degree in Business Administration, with a Marketing and Management emphasis, from the University of North Dakota.  My clients recommend me for my honesty, integrity, business savvy and understanding of the housing market.  Whatever your real estate needs may be, your best interests will my top priority.  You can reach me by phone at (712)870-3551, or by email at BrookePedersen@MyUnitedAgent.com.  Brooke is licensed in Iowa, Nebraska and South Dakota.
